His leadership experience spans nearly four decades across organizational development, community service, real estate, governance, and institution building in Africa and Canada.

His work in property development, cross-border transactions, and diaspora investment exposed a persistent problem: moving money has become easier, but establishing trust between parties remains difficult. He founded Amaripay to address that gap through identity and document verification, conditional settlement, and transparent transaction records.
